Terms and Conditions

  • All reservations must be paid in full, in advance.  No refunds will be given.  If a cancellation is required either by the customer or due to a weather event, or the cancellation of a local activity/event, a rain check will be issued for a future stay at the campground.  
  • Check in time is 3:00pm.  Earlier check in requires 1-day advanced permission from the camp management. 
  • Check out time is 11:00am.  Late check out without prior approval of the camp management, will result in an additional fee of $37.
  • Due to fluctuating energy costs, camp rates may change at any time.  Monthly and yearly campers will be provided with no less than 30 days prior notice of any rate/fee changes.  
  • Floppy Fish LLC is a small park with limited space.  Campers are permitted one motor vehicle in addition to their RV.  Golf carts and 4 wheelers are not permitted on camp property.  No parking permitted along Rt. 12.  
  • Children 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.  Swim and play in the water at your own risk.  Life jackets are recommended but must be provided by the camper.  Please be attentive to children around fires and fire rings.  Children are not permitted to dig in any area of the camp.  
  • Quiet hours are 10:30pm to 8:00am.  
  • Monthly and Yearly campers are responsible for keeping the grass around and under their campers trimmed.  
  • Return all caps and locks prior to leaving the park.  Failure to do so will result in an additional $40 charge.  
  • Speed limit in camp is 5 MPH.  
  • The Floppy Fish LLC, and its constituents are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.  Campers should ensure all RVs are locked and items put away when not on the premises.  Campers assume all responsibility for items left unattended.  
  • The Floppy Fish LLC, and its constituents are not responsible for any injuries sustained while on the camp property.  
  • In the unlikely event of flooding, it is the responsibility of you, the camper, to relocate your RV and belongings to a safer location.  The Floppy Fish LLC is not responsible for damage caused by rain, wind, trees, wild animals, floods, or any act of nature.  
  • The Floppy Fish LLC and its constituents reserve the right to terminate any monthly or yearly lease at any time.  In the event of a termination of lease, Campers will receive at least 2 weeks prior written notice.  
  • Any RV remaining on camp property outside of the agreed upon and prepaid rental period will result in a daily fee of $37.  
  • Monthly and Yearly campers must pay an additional $50 security deposit.  At the end of your lease period, this deposit will be refunded to the camper unless there is damage to the campsite,  or to replace locks and/or septic caps, or the clean up of debris from the camp area, 
  • No campers are permitted to construct any type of structure or enclosure for RVs.

The Floppy Fish LLC thanks you for coming out and enjoying our camp.  We hope your stay is a pleasant one and you come to see us again.  Please be mindful that we are a private, family-owned camp.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.  You are using these facilities at your own risk.  The Floppy Fish LLC assumes no responsibility for damage to, or loss of, personal property while on our grounds.  Any refusal to abide by camp policies will result in immediate removal from the campground with no refund of fees.  Any damage to Floppy Fish property should be reported immediately.
